We first showed this documentary short by filmmaker Faye Lederman in 2003, and it has been one of our top five encore requests ever since. So here it is, and it is still great!

The movie pays homage to Magda Bernstein, the owner of a mom-and-pop underwear shop on New York’s Lower East Side. For 33 years, she has been sizing up and dressing women in underwear that makes them feel beautiful, inside and out. The dressing-room moments are sweet - and the length is a perfect fit. As critic Molly Priesmeyer said, “Any more would feel like too much...uh, padding.”
